Pro's: Addictive until you get upset and frustrated with your current operatee dying on you. This game ca n seem redundant, but it has PRO's as well as it's CON's In this game you will Go from cutting someone open to disarmming a bomb to solving a puzzle like problem. Once you get farther into the game it can be very frustrating trying to pull off your Healing powers in a dire situation.
One gripe is that you can breeze right through a surgery and think "yea, this will give me a good rank for sure!" only to find out your still a rookie doctor in their eyes. After getting started it's pretty easy to get the hang of this game. The game starts with the basic tutorial of the game mechanics, typical procedures, and etc. If you already owned it on DS there's no real reason to buy it again, but if your new to it like I was then you should pick this game up.
First of all, yes, this game is a remake of the DS version.
